Senior Recruiter – LinkedIn Profile Acquisition (Philippines)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced recruiter based in the Philippines to lead and execute recruitment for LinkedIn profile-based projects.

This role requires direct, hands-on experience sourcing and managing Filipino candidates for LinkedIn profile rental / account-based work.

Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit Filipino candidates willing to participate in LinkedIn-based projects
Identify and secure verified LinkedIn profiles
Manage communication, onboarding, and coordination with recruited candidates
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of profiles
Ensure reliability and long-term retention of recruited candidates
Mandatory Requirements (DO NOT APPLY if missing)
Proven experience as a recruiter in the Philippines
Direct experience recruiting for LinkedIn profile rental / account-based projects
Strong understanding of how LinkedIn profiles are sourced and managed
Existing network of Filipino freelancers / VAs is a major advantage
Ability to recruit at volume while maintaining quality
