Facebook Marketplace Sourcing & Messaging Assistant (Commission-Based)

I run a furniture resale business and I’m looking for a fast and reliable Virtual Assistant to find AND message sellers on Facebook Marketplace.

Your goal is to secure profitable couch deals before anyone else.

You will be responsible for both identifying deals and messaging sellers quickly to lock them in.

**Responsibilities:**

* Search Facebook Marketplace for couches with at least **$200 profit potential**
* Identify underpriced or free couches
* Message sellers immediately using simple scripts
* Negotiate basic pricing when appropriate
* Send me:

* Listing link
* Price
* Location
* Screenshot of conversation

**Deal Requirements:**

* Must have potential for **minimum $200 profit**
* Focus on:

* Free couches
* Cheap listings
* Moving sales / urgent sellers

**Work Schedule:**

* 8 hours per day
* Must actively monitor and respond to new listings

---

**Pay Structure:**

* **$300 CAD/month base salary**
* **$5 CAD per successful deal**

A “successful deal” means:

* Seller agrees to sell/hold the item
* I confirm and pick up the couch

**Bonus (Not Required):**

* Experience with Marketplace sourcing
* Sales or negotiation experience

Looking for someone long-term. If you perform well, commission and pay will increase over time.
