E-commerce Video & Image Creatives Specialist

We are now hiring full-time E-commerce Video & Image Creatives Specialist.
(40 working hours per week Monday-Friday 9am-6pm with one hour break)

Extra pay incentives will be given for making winning creatives ($100 for 1st winning creative in the month, $200 for 2nd winning creative in the month, $300 for 3rd winning creative in the month... and so on.)

Creatives Tasks: 
- Source for existing creatives online
- Edit existing creatives and make a new creative of out it
- Creatives will be used as advertisements to test new products

You must fit the following requirements for this role:
Self-motivated
Wiling to learn
Initiative to give ideas to improve as a team
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Positive Mindset
Communication is important for this role
Ability to work autonomously and listen to feedback

Previous video editing and Photoshop experience is a plus (Please mention this if any).
