AI Photo Editor / Quality Control Specialist

JOB TYPE: Full Time (12:00am – 9:00am EST with one hour for lunch / Initial training takes place during daytime EST hours)


ABOUT US
At Crossgate Realty Media, we help real estate agents and builders stand out by delivering consistent, high-quality listing photos and media. Our reputation is built on speed, accuracy, and reliability. As our volume continues to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented AI Photo Editor / Quality Control Specialist to ensure every listing photo meets our production standards before delivery and to correct issues when necessary.

This role is less about creative editing and more about consistency, accuracy, and catching problems before clients ever see them.


QUICK REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have a full screen monitor (21+ inches) and a reliably fast internet connection. If selected, part of the interviewing process includes showing an internet speed test during the call.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

-Editing Quality Control-

Review all listing photos processed through AutoHDR to ensure they meet Crossgate Realty Media's editing standards.

Check for correct exposure, white balance, color consistency, natural contrast, straight verticals, realistic window pulls, realistic lawns and yards.

Ensure edits look clean, realistic, and consistent across each listing.

-Editing Corrections & Touch-Ups-

Make manual adjustments when AutoHDR edits are incorrect, inconsistent, or over-processed
Correct common issues that arise from AI image processing.

Apply builder-specific touch-ups when applicable (ex: dirt cleanup, debris removal, grass fixes, appliance touch-ups)
Use ReImagine Home to process and refine builder exterior photos according to Crossgate standards.

-Consistency & Standards-

Maintain consistent editing style across all listings regardless of photographer or property type.

Follow Crossgate's established editing guidelines rather than personal creative preferences.

Flag recurring issues so workflows and standards can be improved over time

-Workflow & Internal Coordination-

Work efficiently within our editing systems to keep turnaround times on track.

Communicate with the internal team when an edit issue may affect delivery timing.

Escalate unusual or repeat editing problems to the Lead Editor or leadership when needed.

Collaborate effectively with a remote team across overlapping shifts.

**Note: This role is not responsible for missing shots, incorrect compositions, media checks, or final delivery to agents. Those responsibilities are handled by other members of the team.**


WHO YOU ARE

You have a sharp eye for detail and can quickly spot editing issues others may miss.

You understand production-level real estate photo editing and value realism over heavy stylization.

You're comfortable reviewing and correcting high volumes of images on a daily basis.

You're reliable, organized, and able to work independently during overnight hours.

You're comfortable working within set standards and workflows.

You communicate clearly and proactively with your team.

You take pride in your work and want to be part of a team built on quality and consistency.

You have experience with real estate photo editing, HDR workflows, or AI-assisted editing tools.


REQUIRED SKILLS:

PREFERRED SKILLS:
AutoHDR (training provided for the right candidate)
Canva
ReImagine Home or similar AI exterior editing tools
Real estate photo editing experience
