Video Clipper and Social Media Uploader

We’re looking for someone who understands short-form content, TikTok culture, virality, and theme pages to help grow a large social media network around a clothing brand founder and entrepreneur.
This is NOT a traditional editing job.
You will mainly be:
• Repurposing content
• Testing hooks/captions
• Uploading consistently
• Helping grow multiple theme pages
Content will already be provided:
• Daily vlogs
• Behind-the-scenes clothing brand content
• Entrepreneurship content
• Talking videos
• Lifestyle content
The goal is to build a massive media network around the creator and clothing brand.
Platforms:
• TikTok
• Instagram Reels
• YouTube Shorts
You will be managing theme pages related to:
• Entrepreneurship
• Fashion/clothing brands
• Hustle mindset
• Lifestyle/motivation
• Behind-the-scenes creator content
What We Need:
• Consistent uploads
• Strong hooks in the first few seconds
• Basic short-form editing
• Understanding of viral content
• Ability to stay organized
• Someone hungry and creative
This role is performance-based.
Base Pay:
$100/month guaranteed if posting requirements are completed consistently.
Performance Bonuses:
250k monthly views = +$50
500k monthly views = +$125
1M monthly views = +$300
3M monthly views = +$750
5M+ monthly views = Higher bonus opportunities
The better the content performs, the more money you make.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a fast-scaling creator brand and understands how attention works online.
You will NOT need to film content yourself.
