We are looking for someone highly skilled in Google Sheets and Excel to build and maintain advanced spreadsheet systems for our business.
This is NOT a basic VA or data entry role.
You must be able to build clean, organized, and reliable spreadsheet systems based on instructions and business needs.
Main responsibilities:
- Build advanced Google Sheets and Excel files
- Create formulas that pull and match data from other sheets
- Build sheets where entering a SKU or item number automatically pulls product information
- Pull in images, descriptions, prices, and other fields from other sheets when needed
- Update and maintain spreadsheet systems so they stay accurate
- Match and reconcile data between multiple sheets
- Organize messy data into clean, usable reports
- Build dashboards and KPI summary pages with good layout and presentation
- Check formulas and fix broken formulas when needed
- Help create reports based on averages, trends, stock data, and other business rules
- Support inventory, purchasing, catalog, and data projects with spreadsheet logic

- IF formulas
- Pivot tables
- Conditional formatting
- Data cleanup and reconciliation
Big plus if you also have:
- Good dashboard / KPI layout skills
- Good UI / UX inside spreadsheets
- Experience with inventory, purchasing, product data, or e-commerce sheets
- Experience connecting sheets or working with APIs / integrations
We want someone who is:

- able to make spreadsheets that are both functional and presentable
