JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality support across various tasks and projects. As a Virtual Assistant, you will handle a range of responsibilities from administrative tasks to customer interactions, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Finding, researching & putting together bid packets
- Manage and prioritize daily email correspondence to ensure timely responses.
- Handle incoming calls, providing polite and professional assistance.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and organize meetings.
- Utilize ClickUp to track tasks, manage projects, and maintain documentation.
- Assist with the preparation of presentation materials and reports.
- Perform online research and data entry tasks as needed.
- Be willing to take on new challenges and learn new skills to better support the team.
- Be proactive & ask questions!

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in handling emails and telephone calls.
- Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools.
- Self-starter who can work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
- Openness to trying new tasks and the ability to quickly adapt to changes.
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
