We're a US-based digital media agency experiencing rapid growth. We manage content and marketing campaigns for creators across various platforms. Our team works fully remote, spanning multiple time zones.
The Role:
We're hiring a Paid Traffic Operator to handle the hands-on execution of our paid advertising campaigns. This is an operational role—our internal traffic management system guides campaign decisions, and your responsibility is to execute workflows precisely, launch campaigns according to specifications, track performance, and report consistently.
You don't need to be a media buying strategist. You need to be dependable, process-oriented, and a clear communicator.
What You'll Do:
- Launch paid campaigns across multiple ad networks using detailed SOPs
- Check campaign performance daily through our internal dashboard
- Make manual adjustments in ad platforms—budgets, creatives, targeting—as instructed
- Flag performance issues that fall outside defined thresholds for management to review
- Deliver a brief daily async update covering spend, results, and any concerns
- Maintain accurate, current campaign data across all platforms
What We're Looking For:
- Meticulous attention to detail—you follow processes exactly, without shortcuts
- Dependable and consistent—daily reporting and punctuality are essential
- Basic experience with at least one ad platform (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar)
- Self-sufficient in a remote, async work environment
- Strong written English—clear, concise communication is central to this role
- Open to feedback—you ask questions early instead of guessing
Bonus Points:
- Experience with push, pop, or display traffic networks
- Background in a digital agency or media buying team
- Familiarity with CPM or CPC buying across multiple networks
