We’re looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing & UGC Specialist to join our team and support multiple brands across a variety of industries. This role is heavily focused on sourcing, outreach, and managing relationships with creators who can produce high-performing content for ads and organic campaigns.
This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who truly understands what makes a strong creator and can execute at a high level daily.
Responsibilities:
Source high-quality influencers and UGC creators daily across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Conduct consistent daily outreach across multiple brands
Identify creators who are a strong fit based on audience, engagement, and content style
Manage gifting and affiliate-based campaigns from sourcing through execution
Track conversations, rates, and campaign progress
Stay up to date with TikTok and Instagram trends and apply them to sourcing strategy
Assist in identifying creators for paid campaigns with strong conversion potential
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing (sourcing + outreach required)
Proven ability to source large volumes of relevant creators daily without sacrificing quality
Strong understanding of what makes a good influencer for ads vs organic content
Experience running gifting and affiliate campaigns
Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram trends and how they impact performance
Experience working with YouTube influencers
Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate engagement, audience, and content quality
Highly organized and able to manage multiple brands at once
Ideal Candidate:
Has a strong eye for creators who can actually convert, not just look good
Understands the difference between a “big influencer” and a “good fit”
Is proactive, fast-moving, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment
Can work independently and take ownership of sourcing and outreach
Nice to Have:
Experience with platforms like Upfluence or similar tools
Experience working with direct-response / performance marketing teams
