Dealer Onboarding & Operations VA

Urgent — looking to fill this role within one week, so apply now. We're a North American roof rejuvenation dealer program onboarding 8–10 new dealers every month. We need one full-time VA to own the entire onboarding process — website builds, GoHighLevel sub-account setup, and Facebook ad campaign launches — for every new dealer that joins.
Every task is fully SOP'd with step-by-step video walkthroughs. Nothing is left to guesswork. Your job is to execute fast and accurately.
What you'll be doing:

Build dealer websites using our pre-built template (GHL Sites or WordPress)
Set up GoHighLevel sub-accounts: pipelines, workflows, automations, calendars
Launch Facebook ad campaigns from our campaign template
Respond to dealer messages via WhatsApp and SMS using approved scripts
Weekly check-ins with active dealers
Create and deliver branded flyers using Canva or AI design tools
General VA tasks assigned by leadership

You must have hands-on experience with:

GoHighLevel (sub-account setup, not just using it as an end user)

Facebook Ads Manager (actually launching campaigns)
Canva
Website building from a template

Hours: 6–8 hours/day, Monday–Friday
Start: Immediate
Pay: Weekly via Wise
