We're hiring a Marketing Coordinator to run content creation, social media, email marketing, and brand management for U.S.-based construction and design companies.

This is not a "post when you can" social media role. You'll own the content calendar, execute campaigns, track performance metrics, and keep your client's marketing engine running consistently. You produce, publish, and measure; not just brainstorm.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

-Create and manage content calendars across social media, email, and web platforms
-Design graphics, carousels, and marketing materials using Canva and similar tools
-Write and schedule social media posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
-Build and send email campaigns and newsletters
-Update and maintain website content (WordPress or similar)
-Track marketing performance metrics: engagement, reach, open rates, click-through rates
-Coordinate with editors, videographers, and other vendors on content production
-Maintain brand consistency across all client-facing materials
-Research trends, competitors, and content ideas relevant to the construction and design space

TOOLS YOU SHOULD KNOW (some or all):

-Canva (strong proficiency required)
-Metricool or similar social scheduling tools
-Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar email marketing platforms
-WordPress (content updates, basic page editing)
-Social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
-Google Workspace or Microsoft 365

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

-2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, social media management, or content creation
-Strong written English; you can write captions, emails, and web copy that sound natural to a U.S. audience
-Strong design sense; your Canva work looks professional, not templated
-Construction or design industry experience is a plus (not required)
-You're self-directed and can run a content calendar without daily oversight
-You understand marketing metrics and can report on what's working and what's not
-You're organized, consistent, and hit publishing deadlines without reminders
-You're comfortable working U.S. business hours (aligned with your client's time zone)
-Stable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
