JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a high-level operator and growth-focused professional to help scale a rapidly growing credit repair and funding business into a multimillion-dollar organization.

This role is responsible for overseeing client acquisition systems, sales support, operational organization, CRM/automation infrastructure, offer management, and internal platform administration.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, growth-minded, tech-savvy, and experienced in scaling service-based businesses—preferably within credit repair, funding, coaching, consulting, or high-ticket service industries.

This individual will play a key leadership role in building systems that reduce founder involvement in day-to-day operations while increasing revenue, efficiency, and client experience.

Core Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Sales Support
Generate and nurture leads through outbound and inbound strategies
Make 20–50 offers daily through DMs, outreach, and lead follow-up
Review incoming leads and determine proper offer fit based on credit profile and funding goals
Pre-screen credit reports prior to consultations
Classify prospects into appropriate service buckets:
Credit Repair
Personal Funding
Business Funding
Education / Course Offers
Authorized User Tradelines
Manage consultation booking pipeline
Optimize sales appointment show-up rates

CRM / Funnel / Automation Management
Build and manage Go High Level CRM pipelines
Set up and optimize:
Automated lead nurture sequences

Email
campaigns
SMS campaigns
Follow-up workflows
Appointment reminders
Re-engagement campaigns
Build/manage ManyChat automation flows
Ensure all leads and clients are tagged, segmented, and tracked properly
Continuously optimize funnel conversion metrics

Offer / Product Organization
Structure and maintain organization of all business offers:
DFY Credit Repair
DFY Personal Funding
DFY Business Funding
Authorized User Tradelines
Skool Membership Community
Credit Repair Course Tier 1
Credit Repair + Funding Course Tier 2
Improve packaging, positioning, and presentation of offers
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities

Marketing & Promotion
Plan and execute promotional campaigns
Maintain holiday / event promotional calendar
Create and coordinate flyer / promotional assets
Publish and distribute promotions via:
Instagram Stories

Facebook
Stories
DMs

Email
blasts
SMS broadcasts
Community announcements
Coordinate launches, flash sales, and limited-time offers
