We are seeking a talented and proactive Marketing Specialist/Coordinator based in the Philippines to join our growing team. This role will play a critical part in expanding our digital presence and supporting our mission through effective marketing strategies across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Website SEO
• Perform keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images for search engines.
• Collaborate with principal to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in all published materials.
• Monitor and report on website analytics and SEO performance, recommending improvements.

Social Media Marketing
• Develop, execute, and manage social media marketing strategies across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Plan and create engaging content calendars tailored to each platform.
• Schedule, publish, and monitor posts, stories, videos, and other content formats.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a thriving online community.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.

Content Creation
• Write compelling blog posts and articles relevant to the coaching and personal development niche.
• Assist in content planning and repurposing across channels (e.g., blog to video, podcast to LinkedIn article).
• Collaborate with principle to create authentic and value-driven content.

Podcasting
• Support podcast promotion.
• Optimize podcast SEO.

Testimonials & Reviews
• Proactively reach out to clients to gather testimonials and reviews.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain written and/or video testimonials, ensuring all necessary permissions are in place.
• Edit and format testimonials for use across digital platforms, including the website, social media, and marketing materials.
• Publish and promote testimonials/reviews to enhance brand credibility and trust.

General Coordination
• Work closely with the business owner and other tea ---------- mbers to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and hands-on experience with website optimization.
• Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Experience in gathering and publishing testimonials/reviews is a plus.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, AWS), social media scheduling tools, and basic graphic design (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
