We are looking for an experienced Team Manager based in the Philippines to lead and manage a team of 10 people. This is a full-time remote position for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and has proven leadership experience.
IMPORTANT: This role requires prior experience managing a team. Applications without management experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a team of 10 tea
Ensure daily tasks and targets are completed on time
Monitor team performance and productivity
Provide guidance, feedback, and support to tea
Report directly to leadership with updates and improvements
Help improve processes and team efficiency
Assist with hiring and onboarding when needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Team Manager or Supervisor (required)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
Ability to work US business hours
Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions
Reliable internet connection and a high-performance computer
Ability to manage multiple people and tasks effectively
Self-motivated and accountable
