JOB OVERVIEW

NOW HIRING: Remote Project Coordinator / Solar Designer (Full-Time)
Location: Philippines (Remote)
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST (Los Angeles Hours)

Join US Power Solar, a fast-growing U.S.-based solar company, and play a key role in managing and designing residential solar projects from start to finish.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in solar design and project coordination — not just admin work.

What You’ll Be Doing
Design residential solar systems (Aurora, Solargraph, or similar)
Review utility bills and create accurate system layouts
Coordinate projects from sale to install to PTO
Communicate with installers, utilities, and internal team
Track project progress and ensure timelines are met
Upload and manage projects in CRM (Go High Level or similar)
Assist with permitting and documentation as needed

Requirements
Solar design experience (REQUIRED)
Experience with Aurora, Solargraph, or similar software
Strong understanding of solar layouts, setbacks, and system sizing
Project coordination or operations experience
Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Reliable internet and work setup

Bonus (Highly Preferred)
Experience with California utilities (SCE, LADWP, PG&E)
Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL)
Experience working with U.S.-based solar companies
Knowledge of permitting and interconnection processes
Proficient in speaking English
Although you will create solar designs primarily, you will also assist with project coordination

Who This Is For
Someone who takes ownership of their work
Someone who doesn’t need constant supervision
Someone who can solve problems, not just follow instructions
Someone who wants to grow with a fast-moving company

What We Offer
Full-time, stable remote position
Long-term opportunity with growth potential
Work directly with a U.S.-based leadership team
Be part of a company making real impact in renewable energy
