Job Description:
I run a Plumbing & Heating business in Norfolk, UK, and I’m looking for a reliable, detail?oriented VA to help with:

1. Lead Research / List Building

You will find and build lists of the following business types within Norfolk, UK (35?mile radius of postcode NR14 6RB):

- Building companies (Ltd only, small–medium size)
- Estate agents
- Letting agents
- Landlords (portfolio landlords preferred)
- Property developers
- Facilities management companies
- General developers

2. Data Collection
For each company, you will collect:
- Company name
- Contact name
- Job title
- Email address
- Phone number
- Website
- Location
- Notes (e.g., number of properties, services offered)

3. Cold Email Outreach
You will send cold email outreach using my templates and follow?up sequences.
You will manage replies, update the spreadsheet/CRM, and book appointments into my calendar.
Requirements:
- Strong English reading/writing
- Experience with lead research
- Experience with cold email outreach
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable internet connection
- Familiar with Google Sheets, Gmail, and basic CRM tools

Hours: 10–20 hours per week to start

Salary: £3–£5 per hour depending on experience
