Client Response Writer / Admin / Executive Assistant (Remote – Part Time / Full Time)
We are a fast-growing event production and entertainment company seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Client Response Writer / Admin / Executive Assistant to support our owners in inbox triage, client communication, lead follow-up, and day-to-day operations.
This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, enjoys designing or assisting with SOP, an excellent writer, and confident communicating with clients in a professional, friendly tone.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to inbound client inquiries
• Write clear, polished, and engaging client messages
• Assist with lead follow-up and scheduling calls
• Organize inboxes, files, and client information
• Support admin tasks and internal systems
• Help maintain templates, documents, and workflows
What We’re Looking For
• Strong written English (this is a writing-heavy role)
• Professional, warm, and confident communication style
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to follow direction and execute quickly
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Experience in admin, customer service, or virtual assistant work preferred
Bonus (Not Required)
• Experience with event production or entertainment industry
• Familiarity with CRMs, Google Drive, or task systems
• Social media or basic design experience
