About the Role
We are a growing insurance agency specializing in car insurance, home insurance, and other personal lines Property & Casualty (P&C) coverage. We're looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant with strong expertise in insurance marketing to help us generate leads, nurture prospects, support client retention, and drive consistent growth.
This is a remote, full-time or part-time position (please specify your availability in your application). The ideal candidate understands the insurance sales process, compliance basics, and how to market personal lines insurance effectively in a digital world.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns for auto (car) and homeowners insurance
Develop content for social media,
Generate and qualify insurance leads through various channels (SEO, PPC, social media, referrals, etc.)
Nurture leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Assist with client retention campaigns, renewal reminders, and cross-selling opportunities
Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate client and prospect data
Handle basic administrative tasks related to marketing and client communication (e.g., preparing quote summaries, policy information packets)
Monitor marketing performance and provide reports on ROI, lead quality, and engagement metrics
Stay up-to-date with insurance regulations, carrier promotions, and marketing best practices for P&C products
