JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a technical Sales Development Representative to manage our outbound efforts on LinkedIn and Cold Email. No cold calling. You will be responsible for generating warm leads.

Your primary focus is the "middle of the funnel" bridge: using our data stack to find the right people and your copywriting skills to start meaningful conversations.

Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn Account Management: Manage activity across multiple personal executive profiles, handling connection requests, personalized DMs, and inbox management.
Campaign Management: Build, launch, and monitor cold email sequences using Instantly.
Lead Sourcing & Enrichment: Use Apollo and Airscale to identify target prospects and ensure data accuracy before outreach.
Direct Response Copywriting: Draft compelling, high-converting DMs and email copy.
CRM Hygiene: Ensure all lead activity and status updates are meticulously tracked in Pipedrive.
Lead Qualification: Ensure the people we’re contacting fit our ICP and operate in the verticals we sell to.

Required Skills & Experience
Expert Copywriter: You have a "feel" for language. You can write emails that people actually want to reply to and can adapt your tone to match different executive personalities.
Tech Fluent: Experience with Apollo, Instantly, and Pipedrive (or similar tools) is highly preferred. You should be comfortable navigating sales automation software.
Process Oriented: You enjoy building workflows and managing multiple moving parts across different platforms without letting leads fall through the cracks.
Socially Intuitive: You understand the nuances of LinkedIn etiquette and how to build rapport through a screen.
Self-Starter: As a remote role with no fixed timezone requirements, you must be disciplined and capable of hitting targets without constant over-the-shoulder management.

Success Metrics
Primary KPI: Generation of warm leads (qualified prospects who have expressed interest in a conversation).
Secondary KPIs: Positive reply rates, campaign deliverability, and database growth.

Pay and Details
This is a full-time role (30 hours per week, 4-5 days per week)
Pay is 8000 PHP per week, paid each Friday via Wise
You will be expected to be available for training during mornings in MST
You will report to our Director of Sales and Marketing and meet with him 1-2 times per week
