YouTube shorts Editor

Hi There, I'm looking for a YouTube shorts editor
You'll be tasked with making YouTube shorts for the Video Game "Team Fortress 2" if you have played it or heard of it that will make your life a lot easier but it is not necessary. Your Tasks will vary but for now I have a test edito prepared that you can show your skill on:

Your goal is to produce a video similar to the following examples:

Use The Video Called „Ranking Short For Test Edit.mp4“ from this google drive

as well as clips you find by searching up related animations or gifs on youtube and on google for the visuals.
Make sure it stays within fair use.
Use the two provided (from the same google drive link) pngs with the percentages for the video too.

Make sure to confirm with me before beginning work on this. Also only Reply to this job offer if you have some amount of experience with editing since I'm only looking for quality work.

Things that are especially important to me:
fast response time
good audio balance
understanding of internet culture

Payment:
You will be payed per video - the payment per hour should serve as a guide for you to know what to expect.
I'm happy to pay upward of 1000$ a month or more, as long as you are a net positive for the channel. I don't mind paying fairly and I currently eploy a profit sharing model with my other employees.
At the start you will however only work on comission and per job done.
