Full-Time Social Media Manager (EST Time)

We're a short-form video content agency managing multiple social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube. We need a reliable poster to handle daily publishing so our content goes up consistently.

What you'll do:
- Post content daily across Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube
- Pull video assets and captions from a shared Google Sheet
- Use provided caption templates, minimal writing required
- Post up to 3x/day per account across multiple accounts
- Work during EST hours so content goes up while our U.S. audience is active

You're a fit if:
- You're extremely reliable and consistent - this is a routine role, not creative
- You're comfortable navigating Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube
- You pay attention to detail (right caption, right video, right account)
- Available during daytime EST hours (ideally between 9am-6pm)
- Fast internet connection required
