Hours: 20 hours/week (CEST)

About the Role

We are a used car dealership in Sweden and we’re looking for a highly skilled Airtable & Automation Specialist to help us build, optimize, and maintain scalable systems. This role is perfect for someone who loves streamlining workflows, improving processes, and working with modern no-code/low-code tools.

You will play a key role in continuously improving our internal systems, ensuring efficiency, automation, and data accuracy across operations.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize Airtable bases, tables, interfaces, and workflows
Create and maintain automations within Airtable and across other tools
Identify inefficiencies and proactively suggest system improvements
Integrate Airtable with other platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, APIs, CRMs, ATS tools)
Troubleshoot issues and ensure systems run smoothly
Document processes, workflows, and system architecture
Collaborate with the team to understand operational needs and translate them into scalable systems

Requirements
Strong expertise in Airtable (advanced level)
Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar
Familiarity with modern SaaS tools (e.g., Notion, Slack, CRMs, ATS platforms)
Ability to think in systems and optimize workflows continuously
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills (written, async-friendly)
High attention to detail and organization

Nice to Have
Experience working with recruitment or HR systems
Basic knowledge of APIs and integrations
Experience with scripting (JavaScript) is a plus
Background in operations, systems design, or process improvement
