Job Title: Marketing Automation & Creative VA (Philippines – Remote)
We are looking for a highly intuitive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support a niche content brand. Our work requires someone who can understand tone, audience, and strategy — not just follow instructions.
If you are proactive, tech-savvy, and creative, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Create branded graphics in Canva for social media, email, and funnels
Edit short- and long-form videos with captions and branding
Build and manage email sequences in ActiveCampaign
Set up automations and integrations using Zapier
Manage scheduling systems in Acuity Scheduling
Set up workflows, contracts, and client processes in Dubsado
Requirements
Strong Canva design skills
Video editing experience
Hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign automations
Experience connecting platforms via Zapier
Familiar with Acuity and Dubsado
Strong English communication
Able to understand niche messaging and think strategically
Reliable internet and ability to meet deadlines
Pay
$8 USD per hour (based on experience)
Remote | Part-time or Full-time potential

The expectations:

I need graphics done every Friday (20 carousel posts for whole month) so 7-8 a week. All lined up and ready to post. I need reels done as well 10 for the month.

I need my Graphics transparency lightened so the picture isn't the focus and the hook and call to action is most important. I need from the caption you to add texts on the canvas graphics and make them look simple, effective and clean. I need captions edited to sound good as well and emojis added. The goal is to have conversions from post to turn into clients. These post are carousels that grab the followers attention.

I have a document that will be sent to you one time a month for you to do all the content in canva so I can download and post easily.
