We are looking for a talented Video Editor to join our team and help us create high-quality short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).

About the Role
You will be provided with raw, unedited footage, and your role will be to turn it into engaging, high-performing short-form videos. The focus is on speed, quality, and understanding what works on social media.

Responsibilities

Edit raw footage into short-form content (15–60 seconds)
Add captions, cuts, transitions, and effects where needed
Optimise videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Follow content briefs and brand style guidelines
Deliver edits quickly and consistently

Requirements

Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
Experience creating short-form/social media content
Good sense of pacing, hooks, and retention
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Understanding of social media algorithms is a big bonus

Working Structure

Open to full-time salary or pay-per-project (flexible depending on experience and output)
