The role
We're looking for a hands-on CRM specialist to cover a maternity leave. You'll own our retention marketing — keeping our customer base engaged, reducing churn, and driving repeat revenue. This is an execution-first role. You'll be dropped into live flows and campaigns from day one.
What you'll own
Build and optimize
Manage and improve core flows — welcome, post-purchase, winback, browse/cart abandonment
Run A/B tests on subject lines, copy, and send logic
Manage and grow our WhatsApp retention channel
Monitor performance (open rate, CTR, CVR, revenue per recipient) and act on it
What we need
2+ years working in Klaviyo — specifically for D2C e-commerce brands
Proven experience building and optimizing flows, not just sending campaigns
Hands-on experience with WhatsApp as a retention/CRM channel
Strong copywriting instincts — you understand what drives a click and a repurchase
Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving brand environment
Available for a 3-month engagement starting [start date]

Dutch or European market exposure
