JOB OVERVIEW

Atlas Medical is seeking a proactive Digital Marketer to join our team and drive inbound lead generation in the healthcare B2B sector. This remote role focuses on executing practical online marketing activities (email campaigns, LinkedIn content, SEO, blog writing, backlinks, etc.) to keep our sales funnel full.

Our digital marketer will need to bring specialized marketing expertise. You must be adept in areas like LinkedIn management, content marketing, SEO, email campaigns, and analytics to expand Atlas’s visibility and capture qualified healthcare buyer inquiries.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently during Eastern Time business hours with live responsiveness. Availability and fast response times are critical.

Role Summary
The Digital Marketer will work closely with Atlas Medical’s owner to increase qualified inbound opportunities. Core duties include: planning and sending email blasts; creating and scheduling LinkedIn posts; managing SEO execution (keyword research, on-page updates); writing and publishing blogs; building and tracking backlinks; and optimizing website conversion performance. In essence, this person will handle hands-on marketing tasks that grow Atlas’s pipeline – for example, writing and post blogs (via our Duda platform), coordinating email campaigns (using EmailOctopus), and following up on digital leads.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, draft, and send professional email campaigns (design, copy, list segmentation) using EmailOctopus
- Create, post, and engage on LinkedIn to boost brand awareness and find leads
- Perform SEO tasks: keyword research (Ubersuggest), optimize website pages (titles, meta, content), and improve organic rankings.
- Write and publish B2B content (blog posts, articles, case studies) to showcase Atlas’s expertise
- Develop backlink outreach plans (e.g. guest posts or PR) to strengthen domain authority.
- Monitor and report on digital marketing performance (inbound leads, MQLs, website metrics) and continuously refine tactics.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B2B Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in digital marketing activities (social media, content writing, email campaigns, SEO) – ideally in a B2B or technical field. Strong writing and editing skills are essential to craft clear, professional copy.

- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using marketing software tools. We use the Duda website platform
for site updates, EmailOctopus for email marketing, Ubersuggest for SEO keyword research, plus LinkedIn for publishing content. You should be able to learn and navigate these tools (experience with them is a plus).

-Data & Analytics Mindset: Ability to track and interpret performance metrics (e.g. Google Analytics, email open rates, keyword rankings). You’ll regularly report on key results (inbound inquiries, conversion rates, SEO rank improvements).

- Organization & Independence: Highly organized with strong attention to detail. We need someone who can take ownership of recurring tasks (weekly email, monthly blog, etc.) and follow through without constant supervision. Reliability and consistency are musts.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills. You must be responsive during work hours (fast replies to messages, timely updates on tasks). You must bereliable, consistent, and responsive during Eastern Standard Time workday

Preferred Experience
- Healthcare or Medical Devices: Background in healthcare, hospitals, or medical device marketing is a plus, given our focus on mobile imaging and cath lab rentals.
- B2B Lead Gen: Experience generating qualified leads for B2B services or equipment.
- SEO & Content Marketing: Proven track record of improving site search rankings and engagement through content strategies.
- Email & CRM Tools: Prior experience with email marketing platforms or CRMs.
- Graphic or Web Skills: Basic skills in design (Canva) and comfortable editing website content.

Tools & Platforms
The Digital Marketer will use Atlas’s existing marketing toolset. Familiarity with these or similar platforms is expected:

Duda – Our website builder
You’ll update blog pages and ensure blog updates go smoothly.


Email
Octopus – Our email marketing service
You’ll create and send newsletters, set up campaigns, and monitor email analytics.

Ubersuggest – SEO/keyword research tool
Use it to find target keywords (e.g. “modular cath lab rentals”) and track rankings.

LinkedIn – Primary social channel for B2B content. We need to post regularly to engage healthcare executives. You should know how to publish posts/articles and manage a company page.

You may also use standard office/cloud tools (Google Sheets/Docs, Excel). Being tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools is important.

Hours & Availability
Eastern Time Work Hours: This is a remote role requiring live overlap with US Eastern Time business hours. The VA must work Weekday hours (Monday–Friday, ~9am–5pm ET) and be actively online for real-time communication. Candiates must be reachable on EST during the workweek (teams coordinate via email, whatsapp, and zoom).
Responsiveness: Rapid response to communications is critical.
The Digital Marketer should check in regularly, update on task status, and reply to queries promptly.
Workload: TBD. Will start as part time and ramp up as needed based on results.

Compensation
Format: We offer a competitive hourly rate based on experience.
Payment: Paid weekly.
