About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Support Virtual Assistant to assist with client support and backend operations in a fast-paced credit repair business.
This is not an entry-level role. You must already have experience with credit repair processes and systems.
Responsibilities:
Assist with client support via text and
Monitor and respond to basic client inquiries
Update and manage client profiles in GoHighLevel
Work inside DisputeFox (checking notes, updating accounts, etc.)
Follow SOPs and complete tasks exactly as outlined
Work independently and stay organized without constant supervision
Identify issues and problem-solve when necessary
Escalate more complex situations to the Client Experience Manager
Requirements (Must Have):
Experience in credit repair
Familiarity with DisputeFox
Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
Strong written communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions precisely
Ability to work independently and think critically
Not a Fit If:
You need constant guidance or hand-holding
You do not have credit repair experience
You struggle to follow detailed instructions
You are inconsistent or slow to respond
