Digital Marketing Analyst

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Analyst to support our advertising data analytics efforts. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills who can translate campaign data into actionable insights, optimize tracking, and improve overall marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze advertising performance data across multiple platforms and campaigns
Build and maintain reporting dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics (GA4)
Develop clear, actionable insights based on campaign performance and key metrics
Set up, manage, and troubleshoot tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Implement and manage pixel tracking for platforms such as Meta, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn
Consolidate data from various advertising channels into cohesive reports
Ensure accuracy and consistency of tracking, tagging, and data collection
Collaborate with marketing teams to improve campaign measurement and performance

Requirements
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis, reporting); certification is a plus
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), including report creation and data analysis
Experience using Google Tag Manager for tag implementation and tracking setup
Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and present insights clearly
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with pixel tracking for Meta, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, or similar platforms
Background in digital advertising analytics or performance marketing
Familiarity with dashboard tools (e.g., Looker Studio or similar)
Experience working with marketing or growth teams
