About the Project

We’re a fast-growing e-commerce massage & muscle recovery device brand scaling aggressively on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

We currently have 2–3 proven winning creatives and 10 base videos that need to be strategically repurposed into high-performing variations to scale campaigns and fight ad fatigue.

We are looking for a performance-driven video editor who understands direct-response marketing — not just editing for aesthetics, but editing for conversions.

You will receive clear creative direction, winning examples, and structured angles. Your role is to transform them into multiple high-ROAS variations optimized for paid media testing.

This is strategic ad iteration — not general content editing.

Responsibilities

• Repurpose 10 base videos into multiple performance-driven variations
• Create new hooks from existing winning creatives
• Maintain proven structure while refreshing pacing and visual flow
• Update calls-to-action, hooks, and text overlays to improve conversions
• Adjust music, color grading, transitions, and pacing to test new angles
• Add captions, graphic overlays, motion elements, and pattern interrupts
• Optimize formats for Meta placements (Feed, Reels, Stories)
• Create A/B testing variants to help scale ad performance
• Deliver ad-ready creatives optimized for paid media campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in direct-response and performance marketing
• Proven background editing Meta or TikTok ads for e-commerce brands
• Strong understanding of hooks, retention, thumb-stop rate, and ROAS
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to work independently with clear direction
• Fast turnaround and strong communication

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with UGC-style ad editing
• Motion graphics or light animation skills
• Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, hook rate, retention, ROAS)
• Experience in health, fitness, or recovery niches

Additional batches will be assigned upon successful completion and approval.
