Social Media Manager – Real Estate

Remote | Night Shift (PST)

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager with experience in the real estate industry to handle content creation, posting, engagement, and basic website management for our brand. This role is ideal for someone who understands real estate marketing, is skilled in social media strategy, basic video editing, and can support light personal assistant and website-related tasks when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and grow social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
-Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including graphics, reels, and short-form videos
-Edit videos for social platforms using tools such as CapCut, InShot, or similar
-Respond to comments and direct messages to build and maintain community engagement
-Coordinate with the team to align content with marketing and branding needs
-Monitor analytics and prepare reports to improve engagement and lead generation
-Stay updated on social media trends and real estate marketing best practices
-Research property details using Zillow for content creation and posting
-Support basic tasks using CRM and project management tools such as GoHighLevel, Follow Up Boss, and Trello (preferred)
-Assist with basic website management.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in social media management
Experience with basic website management (e.g., updating content, posting blogs or listings)
Proficient in Canva and video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
Basic understanding of the real estate industry and property marketing
Familiarity with CRM tools and project management platforms
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Must be available to work night shift (PST hours)
Reliable device and stable internet connection
