Video Editor for AI Education instagram Channel

We produce educational YouTube videos about AI and are scaling from one to two videos per week. We're looking for 2–3 reliable video editors to join our team on a per-video basis.

How it works:
Each video is tracked as a row in our Notion board. When a video is ready for editing, you'll be assigned the row, which includes all assets, reference videos, and creative direction. Raw footage and assets are shared via Google Drive. You edit, we review, you revise if needed, you get paid.
What we're looking for:

Experience editing educational or explainer-style YouTube content (send examples)
Clean cuts, good pacing, and an eye for keeping viewers engaged
Comfortable working with screen recordings, talking head footage, and motion graphics/text overlays
Able to turn around edits within 3–5 days per video
Familiar with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
Responsive on messaging — we move fast

Compensation: Fixed fee per video (discuss in application based on experience and portfolio)
