Short-Form Video Editor for Personal Brand & Business Growth Agency

We are Sovereign, a brand growth agency based in Dubai. We scale the brands of influencers and founders who have an audience but no system to turn it into business growth. We do this through content and Meta Ads — and we need a video editor who understands what makes people stop scrolling.
This is a long-term, part-time role with the opportunity to grow into full-time as we scale.
What you will do:

Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Work from raw footage and a clear creative brief — no guessing
Add captions, hooks, transitions, music, and text overlays that match the brand tone
Deliver clean, scroll-stopping content consistently and on time
Take feedback well and implement it fast

What we need from you:

Minimum 2 years of experience editing short-form social media content
A portfolio of at least 5 real Reels or TikToks you have edited — no portfolio means no interview, no exceptions
Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Strong eye for aesthetics, pacing, and what performs on social media
Reliable internet, your own equipment, and a quiet workspace
Excellent written English
