Meta ads Media buyer

We’re looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Media Buyer to join our growing marketing agency.

You will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for local service-based businesses (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)

This is a performance-focused role — we care about results, not just activity.

???? Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
Conduct audience research and targeting for local service businesses
Create and test ad creatives, copy, and hooks
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads, ROAS, and CPL
Analyze data and provide clear performance reports
Continuously test new strategies, angles, and offers
Work closely with our team to improve client results

???? Requirements:
Proven experience running profitable Meta ad campaigns
Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
Ability to read and act on data (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS)
Experience with A/B testing creatives and audiences
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking (preferred)
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
