FULFILLMENT & INVENTORY COORDINATOR (MANDARIN SPEAKING - FILIPINO)

We are looking for a high-performing Fulfillment & Inventory Coordinator who thinks in inventory, flow, and execution, not just tasks.

This role is critical. You will be directly responsible for keeping products in stock, ensuring smooth fulfillment operations, coordinating with suppliers, and preventing delays before they happen.

You don’t just monitor, you anticipate, act, and solve.

REQUIREMENTS (Strict - Non-Negotiable)
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
Filipino candidate ONLY
Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management
Strong background in inventory forecasting and stock management
Experience coordinating with China-based suppliers
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proactive mindset, you don’t wait, you act
Fast thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Takes full ownership of results (especially stock availability)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage inventory flow and stock levels across all SKUs
Perform inventory forecasting and demand planning
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers in China
Handle procurement and purchasing decisions
Track shipments and resolve delays or risks proactively
Manage order scrubbing and fulfillment coordination
Prepare and handle shipment documentation and declarations
Act as the main point of contact for supplier coordination
Ensure zero (or minimal) stockouts, full ownership required

WEEKLY OUTPUT EXPECTATIONS:
Report on SKUs at risk of going out of stock
Identify delayed or at-risk shipments
Provide actions taken to resolve issues
Present a clear execution plan for the following week
