DevOps/Senior Full Stack Developer

In this role, your responsibilities will span several critical technology domains:
1. API and Automation Development: You will be responsible for maintaining and building our internal APIs and automations, ensuring optimal functionality and adaptability to meet our needs. You will also work on our internal tools.
Customer Integration Support: You will assist our customer-facing team with integrating our solutions into client CRMs and other APIs, facilitating efficient and seamless interactions.
2. You will be responsible for improving landing page performance through ongoing visual updates and structured A/B testing. This includes testing headlines, layouts, and user flows to increase conversion rates, analysing results, and implementing winning variations. You’ll work closely with marketing to ensure all pages are optimised for performance, user experience, and lead quality.
3. Software Maintenance: Working alongside our COO, you will help maintain and enhance our internal proprietary lead distribution software, which is pivotal for managing lead capture, validation and distribution to client APIs. This software acts as the business OS.
4. Innovation and Creative Development: Innovation is at our core. You’ll have the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies, including AI, and engage in ambitious projects where you can unleash your creative potential and have a significant hand in their development from start to finish.

About You:
Experience: You should have at least 5 years of robust experience in full-stack development, with strong expertise in Node.js, Express, and SQL databases. Proficiency in JavaScript and API’s is essential, Experience with Zapier, N8N and CRM’s (Mautic, Pipedrive etc..), Next JS, Express JS - For Backend, Vanilla JS, CSS, Figma, Framer, GIT version control commands. Python and React(MUI) knowledge is also good to have but not required.
Industry Knowledge: A background in marketing technologies and CRM systems is highly favoured, enabling you to effectively support our bespoke needs and customer integrations.
