UGC Outreach & Creator Coordinator (Mom Creators | TikTok Growth)

We are, Bestaroo, a cozy, cloud soft kids pajama brand, and we’re looking to grow our TikTok with real, everyday mom and baby content ????

We’ve already received a large number of messages from moms and creators who are interested in working with us, and we’re looking for someone to help us manage, organize, and build those relationships.

What you’ll do:

Go through our social media messages and identify potential mom creators
Respond to interested creators and invite them to collaborate
Reach out (DM or email) to new moms when needed
Follow up with creators to keep things moving
Keep everything organized in a spreadsheet (who we contacted, what they received, posting status, etc.)
Help track content and ensure videos are delivered on time

What we’re looking for:

Strong communication skills (warm, friendly, mom-to-mom tone)
Organized and detail oriented
Comfortable with social media (TikTok, Instagram DMs)
Proactive with follow ups (without feeling pushy)
