GHL + ManyChat + A2P + SEO + Course/Community Buildout
We’re looking for a highly skilled Go High Level Funnel and Automation Specialist to help build and maintain the backend systems for a growing online education and coaching business serving parents of neurodivergent children.
This is not a generic VA role. We need someone who is strong in systems, automations, funnels, workflows, course setup, and implementation, and who can help us build a clean, scalable backend inside Go High Level. You’ll also help support ManyChat automations, A2P approval/setup, SEO implementation, and membership/community buildout, including support for our signature group program, The Braver Way.
You’ll be working closely with the founder to turn already-mapped strategy into an organized, functional, well-tested system. We already have a strong build plan, workflow logic, tracking structure, and offer architecture in place. We need someone who can execute well, think clearly, troubleshoot problems, and help us build this the right way.

Background
We are a growing coaching and education business in the neurodivergent family support space. Our work helps parents of neurodivergent children move from chaos and overwhelm into calmer, more connected homes through practical, evidence-based support.
We are building funnels, workflows, automations, course areas, community systems, and reporting infrastructure inside Go High Level, and we need someone who can help us implement those systems with care, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
This role includes support for several funnels and offers, including:
* 1:1 coaching funnels
* coaching + course funnels
* webinar funnels
* 5-day challenge funnels
* calendar and booking workflows
* membership/course/resource delivery
* Braver Way group program setup
* community and replay/resource systems
* ManyChat automations
* A2P/SMS compliance setup
* SEO implementation across funnels/pages

Job Description
We are looking for someone who is experienced in Go High Level, confident with automation logic, comfortable with backend funnel builds, and able to help us organize, implement, test, and maintain systems that support sales, onboarding, delivery, and community.
This person should be able to take a structured implementation packet and build it accurately inside GHL. You should also be comfortable helping with ManyChat flows, A2P approval/setup, SEO implementation, course and community structure, and general backend optimization.
This is a role for someone who likes systems, enjoys figuring things out, and can keep a backend clean instead of chaotic.

Detailed Responsibilities
Your regular responsibilities will include:
1. Build and maintain Go High Level funnels, workflows, automations, products, forms, tags, triggers, calendars, and reporting systems.
2. Build and maintain backend systems for:
* 1:1 coaching funnels
* coaching + course funnels
* webinar funnels
* 5-day challenge funnels
* application ? call ? checkout funnels
* onboarding and delivery workflows
* abandoned checkout, no-show, reschedule, and reengagement workflows
3. Implement and maintain the backend for our group coaching program, The Braver Way, including:
* application flow
* call-close path
* checkout flow
* VIP upsell logic
* fast-action bonus logic
* course area setup
* replay library
* separate resource hub
* GHL community setup
* AI access button/link placement in community
* onboarding and access workflows
4. Build and maintain ManyChat automations for Instagram/Facebook/TikTok lead capture, comment/DM automation, keyword flows, nurture, and handoff points where needed.
5. Help with A2P 10DLC approval/setup and SMS compliance so our text-based workflows are built properly and can run safely.
6. Implement on-page and funnel SEO tasks, including page titles, meta descriptions, keyword placement, page structure, SEO fields, and related optimization tasks.
7. Set up and maintain tags, pipeline stages, trigger logic, stop rules, tracking, UTMs, and dashboards so lead flow and attribution stay organized and measurable.
8. Test everything thoroughly across desktop and mobile, including:
* form submissions
* booking flows
* checkout flows
* automation triggers
* email and text delivery
* replay delivery
* course access
* community access
* dashboard population
* ManyChat flow logic
* A2P/SMS flow readiness
9. Troubleshoot backend issues and help clean up systems as the business grows.
10. Communicate clearly about what is done, what is in progress, what is blocked, and what needs founder approval.

Desired Technical Skills and Experience
These are not required, but they would be a big plus:
* experience building course or membership areas
* experience building communities inside GHL
* experience supporting coaches, educators, or online programs
* experience with challenge/webinar funnel ecosystems
* experience with onboarding flows and client delivery systems
* basic design/layout sense for pages inside GHL
* experience with tracking, attribution, and dashboard/reporting organization
* experience with AI tool access or external tool integration workflows
* familiarity with neurodivergent family support, education, or coaching spaces

Examples of the Type of Work You’d Be Helping Build
You would be helping implement things like:
* booked-call, reminder, no-show, reengagement, reschedule, cancel, abandoned checkout, and purchase workflows
* recording/replay systems with expiration rules and redirect logic for webinar/challenge content
* detailed attribution systems using UTMs, source tags, and reporting dashboards
* a GHL-based course + community ecosystem for The Braver Way, including application-first sales flow, course access, replay library, resource hub, fast-action bonuses, partner pass support, and AI access inside community

Work Schedule and Availability
This role is:
* full-time or gig
Preferred:
* Some overlap with U.S. business hours for communication and troubleshooting
* Flexible enough to work independently between check-ins
* Able to meet deadlines and communicate blockers early

Training Provided
We already have a strong implementation system, workflow logic, and structure mapped out. You will not be expected to invent the entire backend from scratch.
You will be given:
