You are the person who takes a new client from "just signed" to "ads running and leads coming in." Every new client that comes through, you build their
This is a hands-on execution role. You follow the playbook, you get it right every time, and you move to the next one. If you love working in GHL and Ads Manager all day and take pride in fast, clean builds — this is your role.
What You'll Do Every Day:
GHL BUILD (per client):
Deploy GHL snapshot to new sub-account
Set custom values: agency name, pricing, service area, calendar URL, location ID, API key
Purchase and configure phone number (LeadConnector)
Submit A2P 10DLC registration and monitor approval status
Customize landing page: swap pricing, logo, calendar URL, branding
Configure calendar: availability, buffer times, booking window, staff assignments
Configure pipeline: verify all stages and triggers are connected
QA every build before handoff to Client Operations Manager
ADS SETUP (per client):
Receive or request Ads Manager access from client (coordinate with Ops Manager if delayed)
Duplicate our proven campaign template into each client's Ad Account
Swap ad copy variables: agency name, city, service area, offer details
Upload creative from our library or client-provided assets
Set geographic targeting for the client's service area
Configure
Set campaign to correct objective (Leads) and Special Ad Category (Housing)
Set daily budget per client instructions
Launch campaign and verify delivery within 24 hours
Troubleshoot: ad rejected, stuck in review, pixel not firing, payment issues
ONGOING:
Execute bulk sub-account updates when we change offers or processes across all clients
Monitor A2P approval statuses across all accounts
Document new issues or edge cases for the troubleshooting playbook
Coordinate with Client Ops Manager on launch timing and pending items
What You Won't Do:
Run client-facing calls (Ops Manager handles that)
Build or modify GHL workflows from scratch (Albert handles that)
Ongoing ad campaign optimization or creative strategy (handled separately)
Make strategic decisions about funnels, offers, or targeting
Required Skills — GHL:
Hands-on GoHighLevel experience (non-negotiable — you must already know GHL)
Sub-accounts: creating, navigating, switching between locations
Snapshots: deploying and verifying
Custom Values: setting and editing
Calendars: configuring availability, staff, booking settings
Pipelines: stages, opportunities, triggers
Phone Numbers: purchasing via LeadConnector, setting default outbound
Funnel Builder: basic text/image editing within existing pages
Workflows: reading and understanding (not building from scratch)
Experience with A2P 10DLC registration (or willingness to learn fast — we have SOPs)
Required Skills —

Business Manager: switching between ad accounts, managing partner access
Campaign structure: campaigns, ad sets, ads
Audience targeting: location, age, demographics
Facebook
Lead Generation objective with instant forms
Special Ad Categories: Housing category and its targeting limitations
Troubleshooting: rejections, restricted accounts, delivery issues
Required Skills — General:
Detail-oriented — every custom value, every targeting setting, every budget must be right
Fast — a complete build (GHL + Ads) should take 60–90 minutes per client once trained
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Available during US business hours (Central Time zone preferred, flexible on exact hours)
Strong written English (you'll communicate with the team daily via Slack/chat)
Able to follow SOPs precisely and flag anything that doesn't match the playbook
Nice to Have:
Experience with Twilio
Experience with
Basic HTML/CSS for landing page tweaks
Experience with CAPI (Conversions API) setup
Familiarity with Canva or basic image editing
Experience in a marketing agency managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services marketing
About the Team:
You'll report to the Client Operations Manager. Albert (CTO) handles all workflow logic, AI agents, and system architecture. You handle the builds and launches. The Ops Manager handles client communication and onboarding calls. We work as a tight team and communicate daily.
We're building AI agents that will eventually automate parts of this process — so you'll be working alongside automation, not against it. Your SOPs today become the foundation for what our AI handles tomorrow.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday. Must overlap with US business hours (8 AM – 5 PM Central Time). Some flexibility on exact start/end times as long as core hours are covered.
