Video-First Creation: Script, film, and edit high-performing Short-Form Video (Reels/TikToks) that feels native to the platform, not like an ad.
Trend Jacking: Monitor real-time trends and sounds to keep the brand relevant and "in on the joke."
Community Cultivation: Manage comments and DMs with a consistent brand voice that builds trust and loyalty.
Visual Aesthetics: Curate a cohesive and aspirational Instagram grid while maintaining a raw, authentic vibe on Stories and TikTok.
What You Bring
Experience: 2+ years of proven growth on consumer-facing platforms (B2C experience is a huge plus).
The "Eye": Strong mobile photography and video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush).
Strategic Wit: Ability to write captions that are punchy, relatable, and designed to trigger the algorithm.
Analytical Mind: You don't just post and pray; you dive into Insights to see what’s actually converting.
Success Metrics
Engagement Rate: Moving beyond likes to saves, shares, and meaningful comments.
Brand Awareness: Significant growth in reach and video view completion rates.
Conversion: Successfully funneling social traffic to [Website/Product/Sign-up].
