JOB OVERVIEW

We're a growing B2B lead generation agency looking for someone sharp and reliable to join our team. This is not a VA role.

You'll be building prospect lists, managing client inboxes daily (categorizing replies, responding to warm leads, flagging anything urgent), calling interested leads, loading and monitoring campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, keeping our CRM and lead tracker accurate with every status change and follow-up, writing spintax, coordinating meeting bookings, and handling admin tasks as they come up.

The scope shifts week to week. You'll be working across 5 to 10 clients at a time.

You need experience with inbox management and lead follow-up.

You need to understand list building fundamentals and have experience with tools like Clay, Apollo, or similar. Clay experience specifically is a strong asset.

Experience with a sequencer (Plusvibe, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar) is a plus.

Strong written English is a must.

We're looking for someone who's done outbound or lead gen work before, knows how to manage a pipeline without letting leads go cold, stays organized across multiple clients, communicates proactively, takes feedback well, and doesn't need hand-holding.
