**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative (E-commerce)

**Job Type:** Part-time (Max. 2 hours per day)
**Compensation:** $3 per hour

**Job Description:**
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our e-commerce business. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

**Responsibilities:**

* Respond to customer emails and messages in a timely manner
* Assist customers with orders, returns, and general inquiries
* Resolve issues professionally and efficiently
* Maintain clear communication with the team regarding customer concerns
* Follow provided scripts and guidelines when necessary

**Requirements:**

* Basic written English skills
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and stay organized
* Access to a stable internet connection
* Prior customer service experience is a plus (not required)

**Working Hours:**

* Up to 2 hours per day (flexible schedule)
