The Role:
We're seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Virtual Assistant to manage our website maintenance, search engine optimization, AI-powered content generation, and weekly marketing content creation. You'll be the driving force behind our digital marketing efforts, using modern tools and platforms to deliver results that directly impact our bottom line.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and optimize our website for performance, user experience, and search engines. Execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve our online visibility and organic search rankings. Manage AI-powered content workflows to create engaging marketing materials efficiently. Create and schedule weekly marketing content across multiple channels. Master a suite of professional tools including ManyChat, CapCut, Descript, Opus Clip, Perplexity, Eleven Labs, and HeyGen to automate and enhance our marketing output. Monitor analytics and provide regular performance reports.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Marketing Virtual Assistant or in a similar digital marketing role. Demonstrated proficiency with SEO tools and strategies. Experience using AI tools and marketing automation platforms. Mastery or strong willingness to quickly master ManyChat, CapCut, Descript, Opus Clip, Perplexity, Eleven Labs, and HeyGen. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Self-motivated problem-solver with a growth mindset. Experience with content calendars, scheduling tools, and analytics platforms.
