Government Proposal Writer (Compliance-Focused | Remote)

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Proposal Writer with experience in government contracting and strong understanding of compliance requirements.

You will be responsible for reviewing federal solicitations, building compliance matrices, and producing fully compliant proposals that meet all government requirements.

This is a compliance-driven role, not just writing. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions exactly is critical.

You will be provided 3 quotes weekly to turn into proposals.

Responsibilities:
• Review RFQs, RFPs, and government solicitations
• Build and complete a Compliance Matrix for each proposal
• Write and structure compliant proposals
• Ensure all instructions, requirements, and evaluation criteria are met
• Coordinate with team for quotes and supporting documents

Requirements:
• Experience with government proposals preferred
• Must understand or be willing to learn compliance matrix development
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions exactly
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines
