About the Role
We’re looking for a remote Account Manager to own client relationships, campaign strategy, and execution quality across multiple accounts.
This is not just a client-facing role, you’ll be responsible for driving performance on the ground. You’ll work closely with BDRs to train, coach, and ensure they consistently follow scripts, processes, and best practices. You’ll monitor performance, run coaching sessions, and continuously refine messaging based on real campaign data.
You’ll act as the bridge between clients and execution, ensuring campaigns are not only well-designed but also delivered at a high standard every day.

Responsibilities
- Execution Alignment: Brief the BDR team on scripts, ICP, and campaign goals to ensure proper rollout.
- BDR Training & Coaching: Train and continuously coach BDRs on campaign messaging, objection handling, and outreach best practices. Run regular call reviews and feedback sessions to improve performance.
- Process & Script Adherence: Ensure BDRs consistently follow defined outreach processes, scripts, and campaign guidelines.
- Monitor activity, identify gaps, and enforce quality standards across all touchpoints.
- BDR Performance Management: Track and evaluate BDR performance against key metrics (e.g., call quality, conversion rates, meetings booked). Conduct regular performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and implement coaching plans to improve individual and team results.
- Performance Reviews: Present results to clients, explain insights, and recommend campaign adjustments.
- Feedback Loop: Translate performance data and field insights into updated messaging, ICP targeting, or scripts.
- Client Success: Act as the main point of contact for multiple clients. Run onboarding calls, planning sessions, and ongoing check-ins.
- Campaign Strategy: Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), messaging frameworks, and outreach playbooks.
- Scripting Ownership: Write and refine cold calling scripts and cold email templates, testing and adjusting based on BDR feedback and performance data.
- List Coordination: Work with the List Building Team to deliver accurate, targeted contact lists that align with each client’s ICP.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Operations to deploy new workflows, processes, and tools across the agency.

Requirements
- Hands-on B2B cold calling experience (minimum 1–2 years). You’ve done the job and know what works on the phones.
- 2+ years experience training, coaching, and improving BDR/SDR performance (call reviews, feedback, ongoing development).
- 2+ years in Account Management, Business Development, Client Success, or Campaign Management (ideally in B2B services, lead generation, or sales outsourcing).
- Strong copywriting/scripting skills, able to write persuasive cold call scripts and outbound email templates.
- Solid understanding of outbound prospecting (cold calling, cold email, ICP design).
- Strong communication and relationship management skills (English, written + spoken).
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts at once without dropping details.
- Experience working with remote teams and tools like HubSpot, Slack, Coda, Calendly, and dialers (Nooks, Aircall, etc.).
- Comfortable and proficient at working with AI tools.
