Prolific Home Solutions is a Washington-based real estate investment company. We purchase homes directly from homeowners—no repairs, no agent fees, and no hassle.

We’re growing quickly and looking for a reliable, experienced VA to handle outbound cold calling and CRM management.


ROLE OVERVIEW

You will be responsible for calling homeowners, qualifying leads, and managing all activity inside our CRM. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow a proven system.


RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make outbound cold calls to homeowners using a power dialer (ReadyMode)
• Qualify leads (timeline, motivation, property condition, price)
• Accurately log all call activity in GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM
• Disposition calls correctly (No Answer, Interested, Not Interested, Appointment Set, etc.)
• Set appointments for qualified leads
• Follow up with warm leads via SMS and email using GHL workflows
• Keep the CRM organized and pipeline stages up to date

REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)
• Minimum 1 year of real estate cold calling experience (US market)
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Experience using a power dialer (ReadyMode, Mojo, Batch, etc.)
• Clear, confident English with strong communication skills
• Reliable high-speed internet (20 Mbps minimum, wired preferred)
• Own computer and quality headset
• Availability during US business hours (Pacific Time preferred)


BONUS (NICE TO HAVE)
• Experience in real estate wholesaling or cash home buying
• Familiarity with the Washington State market
• Strong objection-handling skills
• Experience with SMS/email follow-up systems


NOT A FIT IF
• No experience calling US homeowners
• No GoHighLevel (GHL) experience
• Only basic CRM experience (Google Sheets, Trello, etc.)
• Not available during US Pacific Time hours
• Unable to provide proof of past cold calling work


INTERVIEW PROCESS
• Resume + short video intro review
• English assessment + mock cold call roleplay
• Live GHL skills test (screen share)
• Offer to qualified candidates
