Part-Time Marketing + Tech VA (GoHighLevel, Zapier, Canva)

Hi! I’m a coach building my online business and I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant to help me set up and maintain my backend systems.
I need someone who is strong in tech setup, marketing support, and automation. This role is for 2-3 hours per week at $400/month.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Building opt-in pages and simple funnels in GoHighLevel
Setting up email automations and basic workflows in GoHighLevel
Creating and formatting lead magnets in Canva
Uploading and organizing content/assets
Connecting tools using Zapier
Helping with backend setup and light troubleshooting
Supporting simple marketing operations and systems
Required Skills:
Experience with GoHighLevel
Experience with Zapier
Experience with Canva
Comfortable building pages, forms, and automations
Strong attention to detail
Good written English
Able to follow directions and execute quickly
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting coaches, creators, or online businesses
Familiarity with funnels, lead magnets, and CRM systems
Basic understanding of online marketing workflows
Hours + Pay:
10 hours a month
$400/month
How We’ll Work:
Mostly async communication
Short weekly check-in if needed
I will provide direction and assets, and I need someone who can implement fast and accurately
