Remote Hiring Specialist

We are looking for a motivated recruiter who can confidently speak with drivers and move them through the onboarding process. This is a fully remote role with consistent leads provided.

Pay Structure
$3/hour base (30 hours per week)
$200 per hired driver
$100 when driver arrives
$100 after 2 weeks
Paid weekly

KPI: 3–4 hires/month
Strong performers can earn $800–$1,200+ per month in bonuses depending on results.

Schedule
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Central Time
Fully remote

Responsibilities
Call and follow up with warm leads
Screen drivers and determine qualifications
Guide drivers through onboarding
Stay in contact until drivers arrive for orientation
Update notes and track progress

Requirements
Good English and clear communication
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Reliable internet and headset
Organized and able to manage multiple leads
Recruiting or sales experience is a plus
