Telesales Representatives Needed

We are a online marketing agency specializing in providing lead gen services to small businesses in the United States.

We need an outstanding telesales person for our growing marketing firm, someone with previous sales experience and ideally someone with previous digital marketing knowledge as well. Our marketing firm specializes in Facebook and google ad campaigns and we provide lead gen campaigns to small businesses in the united states.

When you are on the phone with prospects, you will have to explain how our campaigns work (we will provide training material to you so you understand how our campaigns work and how PPC campaigns work).

You must be a quick learner and must be able to learn vast amounts of information about digital marketing as well. We are only looking to hire the best, so we have strict requirements and a paid trial period as well.

You will be calling the US market, and you will start calling at 8-9PM and end at around 4/5AM.

You will work only 4 days a week, you'l have Fridays off!

Your Job Tasks:
-Cold calls to prospects to set meetings
-Followup calls to prospects to set meetings
-Explain how our campaigns work to prospects
-Conduct Sales meetings with prospects, to close deals for me

Requirements:
-Outstanding AMERICAN english (you must have an american english accent)
-Previous 2-3 years telesales experience
-Previous internet marketing experience or knowledge STRONGLY preferred
-If you did sales for a previous marketing agency =
-Strong internet connection and access to a mic for good call quality.
-Confident, assertive personality, charismatic and friendly
-You must be able to build rapport with prospects immediately on phone calls


You will be required to work in office (we are located in makati) for 2 days out of the week, and you can work from home the rest of the days. Because of this, you'll save time on commuting.

During our paid 2 week trial period, you will be required to work in office the whole time. You will be paid our normal monthly rate and you will be paid commission and bonuses as well. What will the training period consist of? There will be 2 days of training for digital marketing, then on the rest of the days youl be on the phones.

The starting pay is 25,000-35,000 peso per month plus you will get 20% percentage of deals and a bonus for getting meetings. There is also other bonuses as well. You will be paid a $10 bonus for every meeting as well.

Our usual packages sell for $500 or more per month, so the equity will start adding up quickly.

After 60 days, if you exceed weekly sales quotas, you will be promoted to a higher salary and percentage structure as well.

This is a full time position, 32 hours a week. You will be working night shift, from 8PM-4AM Manila time, with one hour lunch break at around 12am. The work days will be Monday-Thursday. Friday will be your off day.
