Credentialing Associate

We are hiring a Credentialing Associate for one of our healthcare clients. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in provider credentialing or payer enrollment and who is already familiar with working with major insurance payers.

We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident in managing application follow-ups, documentation, and renewal tracking.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in credentialing or payer enrollment
- Experience working with insurance payers
- Familiarity with some or all of the following: Medicare Part B, Medicare RR, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Anthem, Humana, Cigna, and Tricare
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing and submitting credentialing applications
- Tracking application status and following up with payers
- Maintaining provider records and files
- Coordinating documents with internal teams
- Monitoring renewals and deadlines
