AI Operations Manager

We are a fast-growing business operating in multiple industries (HVAC, food service, and home services), and we are looking for a high-performance AI-driven assistant to help manage operations.

This is NOT a basic assistant role.
You will be using AI tools like ChatGPT to help execute tasks quickly and efficiently.

YOUR ROLE:
• Manage scheduling and daily operations
• Create and send invoices/quotes
• Handle emails and customer follow-ups
• Assist with social media posting (Facebook/Instagram)
• Organize files, systems, and workflows
• Research tasks (legal, suppliers, tools, etc.)
• Help streamline business operations using AI

REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong English communication
• Highly organized and fast learner
• Experience using AI tools (or willing to learn fast)
• Reliable internet + availability daily
• Problem solver (not someone who waits for instructions)

PAY:
• Starting: $6–$10 USD/hour
• Opportunity to grow into full-time / management role
